It provides information on the topic, including the effects of stammering and traditional intervention strategies. The background of the book rationale has been described in chapter 1. Additionally, the objectives and research questions have been discussed, which have assisted in the collection of information. The second chapter provides information on the topic, including the effects of stammering and traditional intervention strategies. In the next chapter on methodology, it is mentioned that both primary and secondary qualitative data collection methods have been used to collect data. The findings and data collected through the data collection method are discussed in chapter 4. This chapter concludes the study and provides recommendations based on the findings.

The word democracy is derived from two Greek words: ‘demos’ meaning citizens living within a particular city-state and ‘kratos’ meaning power or rule. It refers to a government that represents people and work for their benefit. In other words, democracy is a political, moral, economic, and social structure that takes a country to new heights of success. Al over the world, democratic governments have led their nations out of difficult situations through sheer determination and hard work.

This study examined four management theories, namely Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y, Herzberg’s Content Theory and Weber’s Bureaucratic Theory. The management theories were connected with the management style that best promoted the attributes of the management theory. This allowed the study to determine that there is a link between the management theories adopted by the organisation and the management style practiced by the managers within an organisation using compliance and application of GDPR in an organisation as an example.
